Data collected
We collect account information (name, email, company), data entered into the application (sites, invoices, consumption), and limited technical data necessary for the service to function.
Use of data
Data is used exclusively to provide the VAELY pilot service: analyzing your consumption, generating recommendations and reports. It is never resold to third parties.
Retention and security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and strictly isolated per organization. It is retained for the duration of the contract, then deleted or archived per your instructions.
Your rights

VAELY pilot only uses cookies strictly necessary for the service to function (session, security, language preference). No advertising or third-party tracking cookie is ever set without your explicit consent.
