Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the VAELY pilot software, offered as SaaS by Opportis to companies subscribing to a plan.
Access to the service
Access to VAELY pilot requires creating an account and accepting these terms. Each organization is responsible for the confidentiality of its users' access credentials.
Subscription and billing
VAELY pilot is offered with a 30-day free trial with no credit card, followed by a no-commitment monthly subscription. Current rates are shown at sign-up.
Liability
VAELY pilot provides analyses and recommendations for guidance purposes. Operational and regulatory decisions (including CSRD/BEGES compliance) remain the customer's responsibility.
Termination
Each organization may cancel its subscription at any time from its account settings, at no cost and without justification, effective at the end of the current period.
